The Site is a public resource for informational use. You are prohibited from using our calculation logic for commercial recruitment, paid legal consultancy, or automated data “scraping” without prior written authorization.
Gratuity Calculations & 2026 Accuracy
The results provided by our tools are estimates, not legal mandates.
- Limited Contract Standard: All calculations assume the UAE’s mandatory transition to Limited (Fixed-Term) contracts.
- MOHRE Binding Decisions: For claims under AED 50,000, be aware that MOHRE now issues final executive decisions. Our calculator is a guide to prepare you for these proceedings, but it is not a substitute for the official MOHRE audit.
